We utilize museum-grade packaging protocols. Framed works are protected with high-density corner guards, wrapped in archival glassine, encased in multi-layer bubble cushioning, and floated within double-walled reinforced cardboard boxes or custom-built wooden crates for oversized pieces.
Every shipment is fully insured. In the unlikely event of transit damage, please photograph the exterior packaging and the item immediately and contact us within 48 hours. In accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, we will initiate a priority replacement protocol at no cost to you.
