The Foundation (1971)


Abbot Art was founded by Rahman Jalili, a civil engineer with a passion for the arts, in 1971 on Abbot Road in Smithtown, New York located in Long Island. His engineering background established our core philosophy: structural integrity is as important as aesthetic beauty.

We have long since moved our factory and warehouse to a larger location to serve our extensive clientele, but the engineering principles remain the backbone of our operation.
