Actionable: Setting Up Your Workflow

Ready to stop packing boxes? Here is the setup process:

  1. File Intake: Upload your high-res Tiffs to our secure server. We check them for resolution and color profile (Adobe RGB 1998).
  2. The "Proofing" Phase: We strongly recommend ordering one small "Proof Print" for yourself to approve the color match.
  3. Branding: Send us your logo stickers, business cards, or Certificates of Authenticity (COA). We keep these on file and insert them into every package we ship for you.

Does the customer know it came from Abbot Art?

No. The shipping label lists YOUR name/business as the sender. The packing slip inside (if requested) is branded with your logo. There are no Abbot Art invoices or branding materials in the box.

What happens if a print is damaged in shipping?

We take full responsibility for shipping damages when using our carrier accounts. We will reprint and reship the replacement to your customer immediately at no cost to you, handling the insurance claim on our backend.
